    Concordia St. Paul, at its discretion, upon the recommendation of the Communication Studies faculty, will according to the university’s approved spending policy provide funds to support the following purposes: a. Processional development/in-service training (not degree completion) for the Communication Studies faculty (with preference giving to full-time faculty) e.g., participating or presenting at a professional conference; or b. Communication Studies student professional development through similar opportunities. c. Criteria for the awards shall be developed by the Communication Studies department.

    O’Fallon family desires to create a legacy to Ben and fund an endowed scholarship awarded to the recipient of the Benjamin O’Fallon Student Excellence Award; Amounts distributed from the Fund pursuant to Concordia University spending policy shall be used to provide scholarships to students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at CSP as selected by the DPT Department. This is a stackable award made through Financial Aid with selection by the department. The donors encourage the department to determine selection criteria with distribution in consultation with Advancement and Financial Aid.
